Do I need to visit their office or is this fully remote?
Fully remote. Document sharing, consultations, and filing are all handled digitally. The firm operates pan-India.
How does payment work – do I pay DecodedCareers?
No. You agree on scope and fees directly with RAMPART and pay them directly. DecodedCareers makes the introduction only.
What documents do I need for ITR filing?
For salaried ITR: Form 16, AIS/Form 26AS, bank statements, investment proof. For freelancer ITR under 44ADA: total receipts, Form 26AS for TDS, and bank statements. RAMPART will confirm exact documents when they call.
How long does ITR filing take?
Salaried ITR with clean Form 16: 2 to 3 working days. Freelancer 44ADA: 3 to 5 working days. Complex cases with capital gains or ESOP: 7 to 10 working days.
What is the ITR filing deadline for FY 2025-26?
For salaried individuals and freelancers with no audit requirement: 31 July 2026. For cases requiring tax audit: 30 September 2026. Belated return can be filed up to 31 December 2026 with a late filing fee.
Can RAMPART handle both salary and freelance income in one ITR?
Yes. Mixed income is a common scenario. The appropriate ITR form is selected based on your income sources. This is included in the Business / Self-employed ITR pricing.
Is my data safe when I submit an enquiry?
Your enquiry goes only to DecodedCareers and is forwarded only to RAMPART CORPORATE SERVICES. No other party sees your data. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.
